This page explains how to withdraw the cash back you've earned.

What you can withdraw

Only payable cash back can be withdrawn. Pending amounts are still waiting for the store to confirm them.

Requesting a withdrawal

Sign in, go to your account and choose Cash out. You'll see the payout options available to you there. Please double-check your details before you confirm.

Processing

We review every request before it's sent. This helps keep accounts safe, and occasionally we may need a little more information from you.

Currency and fees

Your balance is shown in the site currency. If your payout account uses a different currency, your provider may convert it and charge a fee.

If a payment fails

If we can't complete a payment, the amount goes back into your balance and we'll email you so you can update your details.
