Cash back terms

These terms explain how cash back works on Repayclub. They apply together with our terms and conditions.

Earning cash back

• You need to be signed in and click through from Repayclub to the store.
• Rates are set by stores and can change without notice. The rate shown when you click through is the one that applies.
• Cash back is based on what you pay for eligible items, not including shipping, taxes, fees, gift cards or store credit.
• Stores may exclude certain products, categories or payment methods.

Order status

• Pending: the store has reported your purchase but hasn't confirmed it.
• Payable: the store has confirmed it and it's ready to withdraw.
• Declined: the store didn't approve it.

Why cash back can be declined

Common reasons include cancelled or returned orders, coupon codes from other sites, breaking the store's own terms, or the store not paying for the sale.

Adjustments

We can only pay cash back when the store pays for the order. If a store pays less than expected, reverses a sale or doesn't pay at all, we may adjust or remove the cash back. We may also correct cash back that was added by mistake.

Misuse

We may withhold cash back and close accounts involved in fraud, self-referrals, multiple accounts or any other misuse.
