Earning cash back
How much will I get? Each store page shows its current rate. Rates are set by the store and can change.
Can I use a coupon code too? Yes. Codes from our site work alongside cash back. Codes from other sites can stop your cash back from tracking.
My purchase isn't showing. Give it a few days. If it still hasn't appeared, see missing cash back.
Your balance
Pending means the store has reported your order but hasn't confirmed it yet.
Payable means the store has confirmed it and it's ready to withdraw.
Declined means the store didn't approve it, usually because the order was cancelled or returned.
Withdrawing
Once you have payable cash back, you can request a withdrawal from your account. See payments and withdrawals for more.
